We are an emergency response charity, and event work is how a large part of that response is paid for. You get a trained, insured, radio-equipped team with 4x4 capability on site. We get the funding that keeps us ready for the call-outs nobody pays for.
Most bookings combine two or three of these. Tell us the problem rather than the package and we will work out what it takes.
Getting several hundred cars onto a field and off it again without a queue on the road outside. We lay out and staff the parking, direct arrivals, keep lanes clear and manage the exit at the end of the day.
Suits Shows, fetes, festivals, sporting events, car parks on grass or soft ground.
Marshalled route control, gate and access points, and vehicle flow around a site. We keep the public, contractors and service vehicles separated and moving.
Suits Venues, closures, phased build and break periods, multi-gate sites.
The reason to have us rather than anyone else. When it rains, cars get stuck. We winch and tow them out and keep your car park working instead of closing it.
Suits Any event on grass, farmland or unmade ground, especially in autumn and winter.
Moving people, equipment and supplies around a site that ordinary vehicles cannot cross. Useful for remote stages, checkpoints, water stations and rural courses.

A radio-equipped team with its own net, so your marshals, gates and control point stay in contact with each other and with us.

Practical support for organised pedestrian and vehicle movement in and out of a site, working to your event plan and your safety officer.

How many responders and vehicles, for how long, and what we would want in place on the day. If we do not think we are the right team for it, we will tell you.
Costed and itemised, with nothing added afterwards. You will know before you commit what the charity is charging and why.
Booked in, briefed and on site when we said we would be. You get an invoice afterwards and the money goes straight into the charity.
Nothing goes to shareholders and nothing goes to wages. Our responders are volunteers and are not paid for their time.
Your fee covers the cost of putting the team on your site, and the surplus funds the charity: responder training, insurance, radios, mileage and vehicle running costs.
That is the same training and the same insurance behind every free emergency call-out we take from a council or an emergency service. Booking us funds that work.
Cost depends on how many responders and vehicles the job needs and how long we are on site. We quote in writing before you commit, itemised, with no additions afterwards.
We are not trying to undercut commercial traffic management contractors and we will not take on work that needs qualifications we do not hold. If your event needs a licensed contractor, we will say so.

The date and the venue. Expected attendance. Whether parking is on grass, hardstanding or both. What the ground does when it rains. What time gates open and close. Who our team reports to on the day.
