Emergency response is our primary role. We are a volunteer charity providing 4x4 access, recovery and transport support to communities, emergency services and partner agencies, and we take booked work that funds that response capability.
In an emergency, always call 999
We are not a replacement for the emergency services and we are not a call-out service for the public. If life or property is at risk, call 999 first.
Our crews are tasked by partner organisations and agencies, who stay in charge of the incident. We add access, recovery and transport capability alongside them.
Event and commercial work is booked separately and is not an emergency route.
