In an emergency, always call 999

We are not a replacement for the emergency services and we are not a call-out service for the public. If life or property is at risk, call 999 first.

Our crews are tasked by partner organisations and agencies, who stay in charge of the incident. We add access, recovery and transport capability alongside them.

Event and commercial work is booked separately and is not an emergency route.

Partner organisations & agencies

Request our support

Councils, emergency services, highways teams, healthcare and community organisations can engage us directly for access support, traction assistance and resilience work. Tell us the location, the access problem and the timescale, and we will advise on what we can deploy.

Events & commercial bookings

Book our services

Event organisers, venues and site operators can book our marshalling, parking, traffic management and 4x4 recovery. Tell us the date, the venue and what the ground does when it rains. Fees go to the charity and pay for the training and insurance behind our emergency work.

Join the team

If you want to volunteer, we will talk you through membership, training, vehicle expectations and the DBS and First Aid requirements before you apply.

Supporters & donors

Support the charity

We receive no government funding. Donations cover insurance, training, mileage and equipment so responders can operate safely in their own vehicles. Happy to discuss one-off gifts, regular giving or corporate support.

What to include when you contact us

To get you a useful answer quickly, it helps to tell us a few things up front. For an operational request: the location and access problem, when support is needed, and who is coordinating on your side. For an event booking: the date, venue, expected numbers and the kind of support you need on site.
